Session 2: Press and Overhead
Session 3: Deadlift and Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Session 4: Olympic Lifting - The Snatch
By the end of this series Athletes will have a baseline and coachability that should be sufficient to join a regular CrossFit group class with other athletes of all levels and skills. The goal is to have you coachable walking into your first group class.
